1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- More than 14 days before the event: Eligible for a full refund of any advance amount paid.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued, as we would have already committed resources.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The cancellation falls under the permitted time frames (mentioned above).
- There is a valid reason such as an unforeseen emergency or cancellation by PixQ Photography.
Non-refundable circumstances:
- Bookings canceled after the event date.
- Services already rendered (e.g., photography already done).
- Advance payments made to block calendar slots are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be made to the original mode of payment (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, or bank transfer).
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
