1. Scope of Services

PixQ Photography offers professional photography and videography services including, but not limited to:

  • Wedding photography
  • Pre-wedding and engagement shoots
  • Event photography (corporate, personal, family)
  • Portraits and lifestyle shoots
  • Commercial and brand photography

All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.


2. Booking Policies

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the date of the event.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).


3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking.
  • Ensure cooperation during shoots to allow our team to deliver the best results.
  • Not misuse or resell any media content provided by PixQ Photography.
  • Respect copyright terms as mentioned below.


4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All images, videos, and content created by PixQ Photography remain the intellectual property of PixQ Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for delivered photos and videos.
  • Commercial or third-party use requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional charges.
  • PixQ Photography retains the right to use any image or video for portfolio, website, or promotional use unless explicitly opted out by the client in writing.


5. Limitation of Liability

  • PixQ Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural calamities, technical failures, or client-related delays.
  • In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the booked service.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the shoot.


6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
